Patricia L. Richards, age 80, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away July 24, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Society in Osceola.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Osceola with Pastor Dan Spearow officiating. Visitation was Tuesday, July 27 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Dubas Funeral Home in Osceola. Interment was in the Osceola Cemetery. Dubas Funeral Home of Osceola and Stromsburg had been entrusted with arrangements.
Survivors include her husband David Richards of Osceola; three sons Jay of Silver Creek, Jon (Ellen) of Ashland and Scot of Osceola; five grandchildren; two sisters Dorothy Cole of Columbus and Joan (Jim) Sterup of Bellevue; four brothers Robert (Marge) Johansen, Bill (Nadine) Johansen, Jerry (Janet) Johansen and Dennis Johansen all of Osceola; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Alice Johansen; brother Eugene "Jinx" Johansen and brother-in-law Gene Cole.
