Norma (Petersen) Udey, age 88, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away June 9, 2009 at the Osceola Good Samaritan Society in Osceola.
Memorial services were held Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Osceola with Pastor Robert Perry officiating. There was no visitation. Inurnment was held at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Norfolk, Nebraska. Dubas Funeral Home of Osceola and Stromsburg was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include three sons, Dana (Joyce) Udey of Columbus, David (Janelle) Udey of Osceola and Mark (Penny) Udey of Stromsburg; one brother Ronald (Betty) Petersen of Neligh; two sisters Marion Woodward of Moravia, IA and Marjoane Frost of Russell, KS; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Don; parents Earl and Olive Petersen; and two sisters Lavern Welburn and Milre Harshbarger.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
