Margaret “Marge” Burke

Margaret Ann “Marge” Burke, a former resident of Stromsburg, was born May 24, 1938 in Sioux Falls, SD. She was the only daughter of John H. and Ann (Kludt) Johnson, growing up alongside her adopted twin brothers, Glen and Roy Johnson. She passed on from this life at the Aurora Medical Center, Aurora, CO on April 15, 2008. Marge is survived by three children Ed (Brenda) Burke of Stromsburg, Jennifer (Jim) Duffek of Stromsburg and Casey (Rob) Pope of Castle Rock, CO, as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her twin brothers.
Memorial services were held in the chapel at Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Funeral Home in Castle Rock, CO on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 3 p.m.
