Gerald Samuel “Jerry” Kriewald, 82, of Ord, NE died April 28, 2008 at Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital in O’Neill, NE. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008 at the First Christian Church in Burwell, NE with Rev. Rolly Salts officiating. Burial was in the Cottonwood Cemetery. Hitchcock Funeral Home in Burwell was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his four children Terri (Jim) Timmons of Gregory, SD, Michael (Kathy) Kriewald of Osceola, Matthew (Alice) Kriewald of Ravenna and Valerie (Joy) Noyes of Aurora; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister Joan (Ed) Daly of Broomfield, CO.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lois, a son Nicholas, a grandson Jeffrey Crosser and two sisters Mildred and Kathryn.
