Dorothy Bertha Swanson, age 93, of Rochester, MN, (formerly of Stromsburg, NE), age 93, passed away January 22, 2012 at Golden Living West Nursing Home in Rochester, MN.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Stromsburg, with Pastor Bob Johnson officiating. Interment was in the Stromsburg Cemetery. Dubas Funeral Home of Stromsburg and Osceola had been entrusted with arrangements.
Survivors include her children Kathleen (Raymond) Nelson of Stromsburg, and David (Susan) Swanson of Rochester, MN; son-in-law Bill Mosso of St. Paul, MN; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one brother Jim Camenisch of Atlanta, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Everett Swanson; one daughter Dorothy C. Mosso; her parents Adolph and Bertha Camenisch; one brother Harold Camenisch and one sister Doris Walz.
