Dorothy L. Jones

Dorothy L. Jones, age 89, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away July 27, 2010 at the Osceola Good Samaritan Society in Osceola.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church in Swede Home with Pastor Nile Buch officiating. Visitation was Friday, July 30, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Dubas Funeral Home in Osceola.  Interment was in the Swede Home Cemetery. Dubas Funeral Home of Osceola and Stromsburg had been entrusted with arrangements.
Survivors include her children, Carol Jones of Osceola, Rodney (Kathy) Jones of Osceola, Monty (Cheryl) Jones of Osceola and Murray (Linette) Jones of Holdrege; five grandchildren Tina (Corey) Watts of Osceola, Jami Jones of Grimes, IA, Kaylee, Eric and Krystal Jones of Holdrege; two great grandsons Clayton and Ceagen Watts of Osceola; sister Delores (Merlin) Simpson of Stromsburg; nieces, nephews and a host of loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul and Earl; parents Joseph and Esel Lindblade; two brothers Raymond Lindblade and LeRoy Lindblade; three sisters Irene Ericson, Evelyn Fjell and Glennis Simpson; and one grandson Clint Jones.
