Two Osceola youth have earned Boy Scouting’s highest achievement, the Eagle Scout award.
Seth Peterson completed his project and review in 2007.  He is the son of Tom and Suzanne Peterson.  Seth built bat, bird and squirrel houses for the Osceola City Park.  His Court of Honor was September 23, 2007.
Brady Erhart worked at the Polk County Museum for his project.  He moved items for the General Store, now located in the front of the Barbershop.  Brady is the son of Mark and Jenni Erhart.  His Court of Honor was held on April 20.
Both men celebrated with family and friends at the First United Methodist Church of Osceola following their ceremonies. They were long-time members of Boy Scout Troop 162 of Osceola, led by Justin Sunday.
