Jack Anderson of Stromsburg is announcing his association with Heritage Realtors of York.
Previously he, along with Marsha Newcomer and Roni Branting operated Newcomer Realty. Newcomer and Branting have both retired from active involvement in the real estate profession and Newcomer Realty is no longer in operation. Jack, Marsha and Roni thank all of the people of Stromsburg, Osceola and Polk communities for the opportunity to have served them over the past 12 years. Because of their membership in national, state and regional realtor groups, Anderson believes his association with Heritage Realtors will be advantageous to parties in this area who are wanting to sell their property.
Heritage Realtors has been instrumental in putting hundreds of buyers and sellers together since their beginning in 1984. Heritage Realtors is owned by Sharon Hansen, who has been the broker since 1997. With the addition of Jack Anderson, they will have seven agents. They are members of the National Board of REALTORS, Nebraska REALTORS Association and Blue River Area Board of REALTORS. Hansen said she welcomes the opportunity to have Anderson as a strong representative for them in the Stromsburg community. Heritage Realtors looks forward to building good business relationships and community involvement in the Stromsburg area.
Heritage Realtors of York is not affiliated with Heritage Bank.
