RN NURSE MANAGER
(Full-time, day shift) - Responsibilities include providing care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner according to Good Samaritan mission, standards, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include: coordinating, implementing, and updating a plan of care for residents, accurately completing the MDS for both Medicare and Non-Medicare residents, communicating with physicians and resident family, supervising staff, and providing direct resident care.
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT/MEDICATION AIDE
(Full-time or Part-time evening shift) - Responsibilities include providing care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner according to Good Samaritan mission, standards, and procedures. Addition responsibilities include: providing personal cares for residents, promoting optimal nutrition and hydration, providing the highest level of resident mobility, ensuring resident safety, and providing emotional and spiritual support while maintaining resident rights.
